I'm country girl wannabe who got to be in 2007. I started blogging in 2008, at the behest of a friend, to let everyone know how I was adjusting to the move. Country life has been a dream come true, and it has unleashed a pent up art-full side in me. Now I have graduated to 3 blogs-one country, one art-full, one daily. Being of scattered mind and talents, we'll see how it goes....!!!!!! Please drop by often and leave a comment or two!! We bloggers LIVE for comments!!
My country living blog is http://www.ooglebloops.wordpress.com
Daily- http://ooglebloops-threesixtyfive.blogspot.com
I started with one and then read down all the way to your meeting with the Valley Gals. Your blog is such a feast for the soul. Your photographs of the cicadas were so interesting. But I especially love the peony in the teacup!
I wasn't sure which post was intended for Tea Tuesday, but I am responding to this one, since I probably won't ever find a way to play in your wonderful challenge. I don't draw, and have no way to turn this into anything worthy of showing. However, I promise to visit and look at each person's entry. Way to create a challenge, dear!
Elizabeth - all forms of art rendering are welcome - doesn't have to be a painting or sketch. Yvonne - the "tea time" is the bottom of a weathered and tangled metal tea themed set of chimes that hangs on one of my trees.
I can almost 'smell' that pretty pink Peony is that gorgeous tea cup Pat...just perfect! oxo oh and the blue cornflower tea cup on my T post is from Julieanna's :)
