Tea on Tuesday

Late to the party again......
Here are two tea related gifts I got in the mail (just love goodies in the mail!)
A Republic of Tea cd from my brother. Don't have a cd player in the house, so I have to take this with me, next time I am in the car!!!
The other is a calendar, including 12 postcards- one for each month!!! I already sent the first one off - to thank the friend who sent me the calendar!!!!
And, lots of tea today, to ward off the chill, and yet another impending snow storm!! the brew pictured is one of my fav's P&G, in the triangular teabag!
Stop by to visit Patty, Judy, and Kimmie for a list of our other ToT players!!!

  3. It's especially fun finding surprises in the mailbox from friends far off. It makes the spirit soar.

Love that calendar, you must tell your local tea lady about that one. Great great idea for a gift. Lennie

  9. I had me green tea today...I am sorry I do not always comment on your lovely blog but you give me food/tea for thought. I have a special tea cup now and several tiny little tea pots that I found at a vintage shop downtown. Rituals and ceremonies are vital for our mental health. 11. How did I miss this lovely T post??? Life moves so fast! Wished we'd had a few more hours, at least, yesterday to talk talk talk!
You won't be surprised to hear I save those tea bags...for what I have not a clue, but they seem way too nice to toss.
Love the goodies in the bag you gave me, the pumpkin card from 1948 = OMGoodness!

  12. Hold on a closer look into your tea cup, I thought it was one of the triangular organza bags ... I think Mighty Leaf makes those and they may not be triangular either ... oh well ... just had a cup of "real" tea and I get wound up LOL ;)
